UFCW 1000a

Here is another blog about the union situation at my place of employment. I'll make it short and sweet. Some disgruntled employees, who came from another warehouse when they built the new warehouse that I work at, filed for decertification of the UFCW.
I'll tell ya, I don't know what to think about it. One side tells me one thing and the other side tells me other things. So, I hope to make my final decision tomorrow, when I call the Ontario Labour Relations Board and talk to them myself. I have encouraged others to do the same, and hopefully they do so they are not misinformed. Then they can vote with an educated point of view.
